This research was a cross sectional survey design. It aims to evaluate knowledge, attitude, and preventive behaviors of high school students regarding the condom use behaviors. There were totally 362 students enrolled in the study students were provided a questionnaire. The data analyzing was calculated by using frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation 95% and chi- square. The results showed that the students had either an average AIDS knowledge or high of AIDS knowledge (59.4, and78.7 percentages). Attitude towared the use condom is at moderate level. Students stated they experienced sexual intercourse (11.32 percentages). And the students used the condom all times 2.4 percentages of them when had sex only and used to sometimes is 70.7 percentages. The reason was it is useful to prevent pregnancy and communicative disease prevention (70.6% and 51.2%). Whereas the reason they didn’t use condom include lose of sexual feeling, and beingm drunk (51.2% and 48.8 %). The most available where they could buy the condom was the 24 hours convenience store and heath care service station (26.8% and 22.0 %). The factors involuing in the condom use behavior of students included monthly salary from the parents, and puplic media (p<0.05).
