On the health promoting behaviors of government officers and employees, the study showed that controlled consumption and relaxation behaviors were at a good level, but exercise behavior was at a low level. There was significantly different in exercise behavior between these two studied groups (p-value=0.00), but no difference in food consumption and relaxation behaviors (p-value>0.05). On the preparation for quality senior life, the study showed that the samples consider importance and necessity in quality senior life preparation. There was significantly different in financial preparation, hobbies, residence, and need for social support between these two studied groups (p-value<0.01). Where as there were no statistically differences on factors which lacked preparation – body, mind, and socialization (p-value>0.05). It was found that the majority had planning for seniority in terms of supplementary income hobbies, the need to be members of clubs, social groups, communities, and the need for additional career training.
