This research aimed to assess drug prescribed, appointment punctuality and measure quality of life of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease adult out–patients at Warinchamrab Hospital, Ubonrachathani province. Quality of life was collected by WHOQOL–BREF–THAI questionnaire between June 2013 to October 2013. In addition, demographic and clinical data were retrieved from electronic hospital database of Warinchamrab Hospital. Assessment of drug prescribed was compared with Global initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease 2011 Guideline (GOLD 2011), assessment of appointment punctuality, and interpret quality of life level by WHOQOL–BREF–THAI manual. The results of drug prescribing assessment showed that 2 cases (5.4%) were prescribed as recommended in guideline whereas 35cases (94.6%) were not prescribed as recommended in guideline, all cases were over prescribed. For appointment punctuality, it was observed that 81.1% of patients kept their doctor appointment. For quality of life assessment, most patients had moderate level of overall quality of life (70.3%. Furthermore, most patients had quality of life in physical domain, psychological domain, social domain and environmental domain in moderate level (78.4%, 56.8%, 56.8% and 64.9%, respectively).
