The study continued for 6 months. The subjects filled out the questionnaire paper. Baseline characteristics were evaluated by Independent t-test and Chi-square test. The primary outcome is the continuous abstinence rates (CAR) at 3 and 6 months that were evaluated relationship by Multivariable logistic regression. The Secondary outcomes are side effects and user satisfaction for Vernoniacinerea cookies. Results: The Continuous abstinence rates (CAR) at 3 and 6 months in VC group were higher than those in a control group (VC; 100%, 81.8% (p<.001), Control; 6.7%, 13.3% (p<.001)). Some minor side effects were found and subjects revealed they are satisfied in Vernoniacinerea cookies taste. Conclusion: the Continuous abstinence rates (CAR) at 3 and 6 months in VC group are significantly higher than control group (p<0.001).
