Introduction: The Ministry of Public Health of Thailand launched the policy to promote the use of Thai herbal remedies as alternatives for modern medicine especially from a Thai National List of Herbal Medicines Product. These herbal recipes have been traditionally used to treat various common diseases for several generations by Thai traditional doctors. However, the scientific reports of efficacy and safety for these remedies have not yet widely been publicized to people. Objective: Thus the aims of this study are to review and analyze the literature from electronic databases, to publicize the information of herbal remedies and each component herbs via online database.

Materials and Methods: The herbal remedies were selected from the Thai National List of Herbal Medicines Product A.D. 2017. The information of herbal remedies and each component herbs including scientific name, synonym, family name, pharmacological activity, clinical study, and toxicology were collected by literature searching from electronic databases as well as hand search for unpublished studies. The crude drugs were prepared and deposited at the Herbal Museum of Faculty of Pharmacy, Ubon Ratchathani University, Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand. Result: Five herbal remedies were selected from the Thai National List of Essential Herbal Medicines Product. The medicinal plant recipes were comprised of several plants as follows: Ya-Chan-Ta-Lee-La, Ya-Tri-Pha-La, Ya-Plook-Fie-Tad, Ya-Thor-Ra-Nee-San-Tha-

Kat and 

Ya-Ya-Dok-Khao containing 9, 3, 26, 11 and 1 medicinal plants, respectively. In total, this study reported five herbal recipes containing 46 species that belonged to 31 families. Lists of remedy and other information will be presented on the website (www.thai-remedy.com). Conclusion: The results from this study have confirmed the efficacy of the preparation which supported the folkloric use of the herbal remedy.  It also benefits people or those who are interested in or willing to manufacture herbal remedies as alternative medicine via rapid and accurate searching on the website.
