This study aimed to extract and determine the biological activities of Melodolum siamensis (Nom Meaw) and Cyathostemma argenteum (Nom Meaw Deang). All parts of Nom Meaw and Nom Meaw Deang were macerated with hexane, ethyl acetate and methanol, respectively. The biological activities of the crude extracts were determined the antioxidant by using DPPH assay, ABTS assay ,reducing power and tyrosinase inhibition activity. The results showed that the DPPH scavenging assay at the concentration 1 mg/ml was the methanol extract of the leaves of Nom Meaw at 97.60±0.75 compared with ascorbic acid (97.43±0.24%) .The flowers of Nom Meaw in methanol extract showed %ABTS scavenging activity at 87.500.91 % compared with ascorbic acid (97.31±0.29 %) and the reducing power was 6528.46 ± 152.61, respectively. For the tyrosinase inhibition activity, the methanol extract of the flowers of Nom Meaw showed the highest percentage of inhibition at 53.994.23 % compared with Kojic acid (86.672.37 %). The results indicated that the flowers of Nom Meaw in methanol extract and leaves of Nom Meaw in methanol extract at concentration 1 mg/ml had an antioxidant activity as potent as ascorbic acid and had tyrosinase inhibitory activity less than Kojic acid.
