This research aims to study about the use of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) regarding the treatment efficacy, adverse drug reactions, and drug compliance. The study focused on Pyrazinamide (PZA) and Cycloserine. It is a quasi-experimental design. All volunteers needed to be qualified by inclusion criteria prior to the study. Blood samples were collected and centrifuged. Serum samples were then analyzed via HPLC to calculate drug levels and other pharmacokinetic values. All values will be implemented into pharmaceutical care plans for the patients. The results showed there were totally six volunteers enrolled into the study. Drug levels and pharmacokinetic values of Pyrazinamide and Cycloserine in each volunteers indicated TDM can possibly prevent some serious adverse drug reactions occurred in MDR-TB patients. Also, TDM might predict the effectiveness of MDR-TB treatment, as well as, patient compliance. Conclusively, TDM might possibly improve the effectiveness of pharmaceutical care in MDR-TB patients
