This research aims to measure and compare professional commitment of pharmacy students among academic years and identify factor influencing professional commitment of pharmacy student at Ubon Ratchathani university. Data were collected from 120 systematically-sampled students. Questionnaire comprises 4 parts= (1) demographic data such as gender, age, (2) social relationship such as relationship with friends, relationship with faculty members, curriculum and teaching, (3) professional commitment, (4) psychological factors such as academic bordom, academic diligence. ANOVA was used to compare difference in professional commitment among academic years. Multiple regression analysis was used to identify factor affecting professional commitment. The results showed that factors statistically predicted professional commitment were academic non-bordom (=0.249, p<0.05), years in pharmacy school (=0.214, p<0.05), counseling and assistance in non-academic issues from friends (=0.217, p<0.05), counseling from faculty members (=0.154, p<0.05), academic perseverance (=0.200, p<0.05), social interaction with friends (=-0.093, p<0.05), and non-academic concern from some faculty members (=-0.104, p<0.05). No difference in professional commitment among academic year was observed.
